ESA's North Florida director Mitch Kaufmann is currently serving his 3rd term as president 

of The WaveMasters. A native of the beaches and avid surfer for 35 years,

Mitch has traveled the world as a competitor, television producer,

and coach of the U.S. Surf Team. Mitch owns Atlantic Video in Jax Beach, where he provides

production and duplication services for area businesses and residents.
