The 20th Annual WaveMasters Charity Surf Contest

May 3 & 4, 2003 Jax Beach, Florida

It’s a weekend beach-fest, where 16 divisions of Florida’s hottest amatuers compete for a trip to Costa Rica, as well as tons of prizes, and of course, the trademark balsaboard trophies. The Raffle is like a surfshop on the beach, displaying your products, and helping to raise more money for our charitable causes.

Through the club’s community work and local media coverage, The WaveMasters Society has done a tremendous job of raising surfing’s image in Northeast Florida. This contest alone has raised over fifty thousand dollars for youth and environmental organizations
